Zen Linen partnered with Going Highway Entertainers to deliver a premium exhibition experience at Bharat Tex 2026. The project required a complete turnkey solution, including booth design, fabrication, branding, graphics, product displays, logistics, and on-site execution.
The project was highly dynamic from the outset. Throughout the design phase, the client's branding, product lineup, and display strategy evolved continuously. Product names were updated, display racks were repositioned multiple times, branding elements were revised, and the booth layout underwent several refinements to accommodate changing business priorities. Every revision required corresponding updates to the design, graphics, fabrication drawings, and production planning.
As the project entered the execution phase, a major setback emerged. The fabrication vendor who had committed to executing the booth was unable to fulfill their obligations and withdrew from the project at a critical stage. This created significant risks to the project timeline, resource allocation, and overall delivery, leaving very little room for error before the exhibition opening.
Rather than allowing the project to be delayed, our team immediately took control of the situation. We rapidly reorganized the execution strategy, coordinated with alternate resources, reallocated manpower, and maintained continuous communication between the design, production, and on-site teams.
Despite ongoing client revisions and the unexpected vendor failure, every design update was incorporated while fabrication continued in parallel. Through proactive planning, quick decision-making, and constant on-site supervision, the project remained on schedule without compromising quality.
Going Highway Entertainers successfully delivered a fully operational exhibition booth before the opening of Bharat Tex 2026. The final booth accurately reflected Zen Linen's evolving brand identity, showcased its product portfolio through an organized and premium display, and provided a professional environment for buyer interactions.
The project stands as an example of our ability to deliver under pressure - adapting to continuous design changes, overcoming critical execution challenges, and ensuring timely delivery through effective project management and a true turnkey approach.
