The Brief

Deliver a premium exhibition booth that showcases the client's AV expertise while maximising brand visibility and visitor engagement

The Approach

An AV integrator's exhibition stand is a demonstration of its own competence - if the technology on the stand is poorly installed, the sales argument collapses. Visual Technologies India needed InfoComm India to evidence its AV expertise through a booth that was itself faultlessly integrated.

Design, Production & Execution

The design treats the AV as architecture rather than equipment placed on architecture. Display and demonstration positions are planned into the structure with sightlines, viewing distances and acoustic separation resolved at concept stage, and brand visibility is carried by clean structural forms and disciplined graphics so nothing distracts from the technology performing. The layout keeps demonstration areas open to visitor flow, so engagement starts without an invitation.

Outcome

Going Highway Entertainers delivered this as a turnkey project: design, fabrication, branding, AV integration, installation and on-site execution under one accountable scope. Mounting points, cable routes, power distribution and service access were built into the structure in the workshop, with the technology dry-fitted and signal-tested before dispatch so site time was assembly and commissioning rather than problem-solving. The stand was completed, tested and handed over ahead of opening, with a crew on site through the show.
