The Brief
Showcase power adapters and USB charging products to trade buyers
The Approach
Canton Fair rewards brands that can stop a buyer walking a hall of near-identical electronics stands. Ruidir needed its power adapter and USB charging range to read as a considered product family rather than a table of small black objects, and it needed volume meeting capacity for trade buyers moving fast.
Design, Production & Execution
The design lifted the identity overhead. Soft cloud-form fascias float above the stand, giving Ruidir a silhouette visible over the standard build height around it, while the products themselves drop into illuminated wall niches at eye level - each item individually lit, spaced and framed so small hardware gains presence. The floor below is left deliberately open, so buyers can walk in from any side and sit down without negotiating a barrier.
Outcome
The curved fascias were the fabrication piece. They were CNC-cut and skinned as lightweight sectional forms, rigged to distribute load across the suspension points, and finished off-site to avoid dust and spraying on the show floor. Niche lighting was pre-wired into the wall modules in the workshop, so the on-site scope reduced to assembly, rigging, product dressing and a lighting focus session before doors opened.
