The Brief
Deliver a large-guest-count wedding outside the metro supply chain
The Approach
Karnal weddings run large, and they run at venues where the local supply chain cannot support a metro-standard production. The brief was a full-scale wedding with the design quality of a city event, delivered where almost nothing needed can be sourced within reach of the venue.
Design, Production & Execution
The design was resolved to be self-sufficient. Decor, staging and lighting were conceived as a complete kit that arrives rather than a scheme assembled from whatever the venue and local vendors can provide, with the guest count driving layout decisions first - entry and circulation, sightlines to the stage from the back of a very large gathering, and dining flow planned before any decorative decision was made.
Outcome
Fabrication carried the whole load. Structures, stage sets and decor elements were built and finished in the workshop, dry-assembled to confirm they went together, then transported with spares for anything that could not be replaced locally mid-build. Power distribution was designed for the venue's real supply with backup provisioned, install was sequenced across the days available, and crew travelled and stayed with the build - so the production never depended on a local resource that might not turn up.
