The Brief
Present valve and fluid-control systems to pharma manufacturers
The Approach
Bürkert's valve and fluid-control systems are precision components sold to pharmaceutical manufacturers, where hygiene, tolerance and process integrity are the entire argument. The Hannover Messe stand had to look as exact as the products.
Design, Production & Execution
The design keeps the geometry disciplined and the palette clinical. An illuminated white portal defines the stand with clean edges and no visual noise, a run of lit product plinths presents individual components at inspection height with the isolation precision engineering deserves, and a large-format LED video wall sits behind them carrying process animation - showing where each component lives inside a system that could never be brought into a hall.
Outcome
White finishes and LED walls are both unforgiving. Portal sections were sprayed under controlled conditions with joints planned to fall at natural breaks, and edge-protected in transit to arrive without the chips that would undermine the clinical read. The LED wall was engineered into the structure with its frame, service access, power and processing planned at design stage, then built and signal-tested before dispatch. On site: portal, LED wall build and calibration, plinths, product staging, then a final lighting focus so plinth light and screen brightness sat in balance.
