Promote national theatre
The Approach
Bharat Rang Mahotsav didn't happen in one place - it happened everywhere simultaneously. A single festival heartbeat pulsing from Imphal to Ahmedabad, Bhopal to Bhubaneswar.
Design, Production & Execution
The execution team had to make it breathe in forty-two different dialects of logistics. Identical production briefs traveled to open-air amphitheatres, proscenium stages, and repurposed courtyards. Consistency, at this scale, is its own art form. We ensured audiences in Patna felt exactly what audiences in Pune felt: seen, held, and moved.
