The Brief
Present the Smart City product story as a single narrative
The Approach
Smart city technology is a category problem before it is a product problem - individually the items look unrelated. Taiwan Excellence needed its Smart City pavilion to make e-mobility, robotics and connected infrastructure feel like chapters of one story rather than a trade stand shared by unrelated suppliers.
Design, Production & Execution
The design uses a city as the connecting device. A full-width skyline graphic wall sets the context and gives every product a place to belong, while a raised demonstration deck lifts the physical exhibits - e-scooters, a service robot - above the crowd so they are visible from the aisle and safe to demonstrate in motion. Visitors read the environment first and the technology second, which is exactly the order the narrative needs.
Outcome
Fabrication had to account for exhibits that move. The deck was engineered for live demonstration loading and finished with a surface suitable for wheeled products, with edge details and access ramps resolved for safe operation across show hours. The graphic wall was produced as large-format tensioned sections to keep the skyline continuous, and the deck was dry-built in the workshop to confirm levels and tolerances before it shipped to the expo.
