The Brief
Show the full CCTV and IP camera range while hosting buyers privately
The Approach
Longse arrived at Intersec with a large CCTV and IP camera catalogue and a full diary of distributor meetings. On a fixed plot, showing the entire range and hosting private buyer sessions are mutually exclusive - unless the stand goes up.
Design, Production & Execution
The design buys the second requirement with height. The ground floor is given over almost entirely to a product wall carrying the complete camera line-up, organised so a distributor can read the range in sequence and find a specific model quickly. Above it, a meeting deck delivers a full floor of private hosting with an outlook over the hall - and the double-storey mass gives Longse a hall-scale landmark that a single-level build on the same plot could never achieve.
Outcome
Double-storey builds are a structural engineering project first. The frame was designed and calculated for imposed deck loading, stair loads and hall height limits, and submitted for organiser structural approval ahead of the build. Fabrication was staged so the primary frame, deck, stair and balustrade could be erected and signed off before finishes and the product wall went in. The camera wall was pre-drilled and pre-wired in modules, letting a large catalogue be installed accurately in a short window.
