The Brief
Present diamond tooling and abrasives to industrial buyers
The Approach
Diamond tooling is bought on precision, and precision is hard to display - the products are small, technical and visually similar. Monte-Bianco needed Marmomac to communicate manufacturing quality through the environment as much as through the items on show.
Design, Production & Execution
The design turns the tooling geometry into architecture. A lattice-motif portal frame carries a pattern drawn from the product language itself, giving the stand a distinctive silhouette that is doing brand work rather than decoration. Backlit product panels handle the range at a glance, while a run of lit sample vitrines presents individual pieces the way a jeweller would - isolated, top-lit, at reading height - which reframes an industrial consumable as an engineered object.
Outcome
The lattice was CNC-cut for repeatability, because an inconsistent pattern would undercut the exact quality message the frame exists to send. Panels were finished off-site and the vitrine run was built as pre-wired modules with the lighting focused and colour-matched in the workshop, so every case reads identically on the floor. Install ran portal frame first, then panels, then vitrines and product dressing, with a final lighting balance before opening.
