The Brief
Present Invest India, Startup India and Digital India under one national identity
The Approach
The India Pavilion had to hold three national initiatives - Invest India, Startup India, Digital India - alongside participating state partners, under one identity, in a hall where every stakeholder expects visible representation.
Design, Production & Execution
The design establishes the national frame overhead and distributes the detail below. A tricolour band ceiling runs across the pavilion as the unifying gesture, visible from anywhere in the hall and unmistakably national. Beneath it, a hexagon array carries the initiative logos as a coordinated set rather than a competing row of brands, and dedicated state investment desks give each partner a working position with its own identity. Hierarchy is settled by architecture, which keeps the diplomacy out of the graphics.
Outcome
Government work runs on approvals, so fabrication was structured around them. Identity elements were produced to supplied brand standards with artwork signed off before production, and the hexagon array was built as a modular system so late additions or changes to the initiative set could be absorbed without rebuilding the wall. The tricolour ceiling was rigged in sections with colour matched across the run, and the state desks were fabricated to a common template so every partner received an identical standard of build.
