The Brief

To create a high-engagement experiential attraction for families and children.

The Approach

Mini Builders Mega Fun Zone was a fast-paced experiential mall activation executed by GHE at Bhutani City Center 32, Noida. The project presented a unique challenge: sourcing specialized child-friendly mini excavator (JCB) machines within an extremely limited timeline while simultaneously planning and fabricating the entire activation.

Design, Production & Execution

After an extensive vendor search, suitable machines were identified and procured from Gujarat, requiring meticulous interstate logistics coordination, transportation planning, and deadline management.

Outcome

Once the equipment was secured, the team designed the entire experience around the machines, creating custom excavation zones, safety barricades, themed branding, artificial turf installations, and a visually immersive construction-site environment.

Executed within just seven days from sourcing to launch, the activation transformed a standard mall atrium into an interactive destination where children could dig, build, and explore like real construction professionals.

The project stands as a testament to GHE's ability to overcome sourcing, logistics, fabrication, and installation challenges while delivering high-impact experiential activations under demanding timelines.
