WHY GOING HIGHWAY

Design thinking, precision execution

In-house workshop

Design and fabrication under one roof in Noida, so the people drawing it are the people building it.

Venue-first engineering

Drawings prepared for organiser approval and checked against hall rules before fabrication starts.

Dry-fit before dispatch

Structures are test-assembled at the workshop rather than first assembled on site.

Turnkey accountability

One contract across carpentry, print, electricals, AV, lighting and logistics.

NCR base, national reach

Noida workshop and crew, delivering at national and international venues.

Documented handover

Film and stills of the delivered build, so the work keeps earning after the show.

THE DELHI MARKET

Venues and sectors in & around Delhi

Delhi is where government, PSU, institutional and trade-body work concentrates. The exhibition calendar runs through ITPO's Bharat Mandapam and the IICC campus at Dwarka, and much of the corporate activity is headquarters-level rather than regional. Timelines are often fixed by an external date - a summit, an inauguration, a parliamentary session - which puts the emphasis on production discipline over iteration.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you work in Delhi?

Yes. We deliver in Delhi from our Noida base and workshop. We have delivered projects here - they are shown above with their venues. Design, fabrication and crew are managed centrally, with site supervision through build-up and live days.

Which venues in and around Delhi do you work at?

We are not tied to a venue list. The spaces that come up most in this market are Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention Centre), Dwarka, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Each venue's rulebook on build height, rigging and access windows shapes what is possible, so that gets checked first.

How early should we brief you for a project in Delhi?

For an exhibition, as soon as stand size and open sides are confirmed - organiser drawing approval is usually the longest lead item. For an event, the venue and date are enough to start. Short-notice briefs are workable; they narrow material and finish options rather than the outcome.

What does experiential technology cost in Delhi?

It is driven by scale, materials, technical load and build window, so we quote against a brief rather than publish a rate. You get an itemised cost with options, so you can see what changes if the scope moves.

Can you handle installation and dismantling in Delhi?

Yes - install, show-day supervision and dismantle are part of the turnkey scope, along with transport and storage between shows where a structure is being reused.
